USCIS makes another immigration document electronic. After this week, I-94 will no longer be provided to people entering the United States. I-94 is the small white card travelers are given upon entry. It lists their visa type, date of admission and the duration of their stay.
The officers will still issue an electronic I-94, except now it will be maintained in their system instead of being given to visitors. The visa type, entry date and admission-until date will be stamped on passports instead. Visitors may still download their I-94 at www.cbp.gov/I94.
See www.cbp.gov/I94 for details.
