“Outstanding Work!” – R. Puri, Director
CIS did not believe that the company could pay the employee’s wages. Our office filed a green card under the EB2 category for a single employee of a technology company. The company has been in business for over a decade. They had U.S. clients who provide them with in-house work, which was completed at their office in India. It seemed the small computer firm could not afford the prevailing wages the Department of Labor stated were the going rate for the EB2 position. The client desperately needed this worker.
After working with the company for over 10 years, we knew the corporate structure of the company and its partners. It took a week to strategize, but we put together a winning argument.
It only took USCIS two days to approve the green card!
