Through
our US office, we provide the following services:
Corporate
Immigration
- Processing
temporary and permanent residence applications based on employment,
including H-1B visas, labor certifications, including reduction in
recruitment (RIRs), and filing for temporary work permits (EAD Cards)
and travel documents.
- Procuring
other business category visas such as the intra-company transfers for
managers and executives (L-1s), investor visas (E category) and
temporary business visas (B visa) when needed by our clients.
- Helping
family members obtain student F-1 visas and work permits
Health
Care Immigration
- With
offices in Philippines and India, we facilitate our client health-care
facilities in recruiting nurses, physical therapists and other health
care workers as required. Green Cards and temporary visas for Nurses,
Physical Therapists.
- We
help Medical Residents obtain J-1 and H1B visas and apply for J-1 visa
waivers.
General
Immigration
- We
also prepare family based permanent residence petitions, fiancé
