- 15 years of experience handling all levels and complexities of business law and corporate immigration issues.
- Before the USCIS, Department of Labor, US Customs/Border Patrol, Consulates:
- Personally handled thousands of immigration cases including H1s, L1s, O1s, M1s, B/F visas, PERM and pre-perm Labor Certifications, Waiver petitions, exceptional ability individuals, NIV and IV petitions.
- Filed RFE responses with the USCIS, filed Motions to Reopen and Appeals with the USCIS/AAO, responded to Department of Labor Audits and PERM denials.
- Handled consular visits and worked with consular officers to respond to 221Gs.
- Handled overseas employee migrations including obtaining visas for work in Asian countries and inclusion into the Business Executive Program at consulates.

- Represented clients in ongoing investigations and audits before the Department of Labor, USCIS, Customs and Border Patrol.
